Returns & Exchanges

At Gears Racing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box with all tags attached and include the printed RMA slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
